A quick guide to using KTool’s History feature to view, manage, and re-access articles you’ve sent to your Kindle.

What is the History Feature in KTool?

The History feature in KTool provides a list of all the articles, documents, and files you’ve sent to your Kindle. Each entry includes the article title, the date it was sent, and options to manage the item, making it easy to search, revisit or organize your sent content.

How to Manage Your Sent Articles

1. Access the History Tab: Log in to your KTool account at ktool.io and click the "History" tab in the top menu.

2. View Your Sent Items: You’ll see a list of all items sent to your Kindle, including the article title and the date sent.

3. Manage Each Item:

   • Resend: Click "Resend" to send the article to your Kindle again if needed.

   • Download: Click "Download" to save the file to your device.

   • Remove: Click "Remove" to delete the item from your history.

4. Search Your History: Use the "Search by title..." bar at the top to quickly find a specific article.
