KTool’s main features
Quick Send: After you finish installing KTool on your device, you can start using it right away with the “Quick Send” feature directly on the KTool website. This feature allows you to quickly upload a file or drag and drop a link, and then click “Send to Kindle”. The file will appear on your reading device in just 1 minute.
Sending online articles: By clicking on the “K” icon on the toolbar and selecting “Send to Kindle”. The article will right appear on your Kindle.
KTool supports an extensive array of content types such as a long Twitter thread, insightful StackOverflow answers, or Wikipedia articles... It also handles various document formats including Markdown, PDF, and DOCX files. KTool is also compatible with Standard eBooks and can manage subscriptions to multiple newsletters.
Sending newsletters: KTool is a convenient way to access your email content offline. Below is a step-by-step guide on how to utilize this feature:
Click on the “Newsletter” feature on the menu.
Forwarding the newsletter email to your personal inbox email: [email protected].
Make sure that your Kindle device is connected to the internet and that the device is registered to your Amazon account.
Wait a few minutes for the forwarded email to arrive on your Kindle device. The email should appear in your device's Documents folder.
To access the email content, go to the Documents folder on your Kindle device, select the newsletter email, and click to view it.

Sending magazines: Once you’re logged in to your account at ktool.io/app, click on the “Magazine” feature in the menu. This will take you to the magazine customization page.
Once you’re logged in to your Kindle account at ktool.io/app, click on the “Magazine” feature in the menu. This will take you to the magazine customization page.
To add a new magazine to your delivery list, click on the “Add magazine” button. This will bring up a form where you can enter the basic details of the magazine such as the name/title, delivery frequency, and delivery mode - manually or automatically.
You can customize your magazine delivery by selecting the frequency of delivery - daily or weekly - and the delivery time. For example, if you want to receive your magazine every day at 8 pm in your local timezone, you can select "deliver every day" and set the delivery time to 8 pm, and choose your timezone. Alternatively, if you want to receive the magazine immediately, you can select "Deliver Now".
Once you've filled in the necessary information, click on the "Add" button to add the magazine to your delivery list. You can repeat this process for as many magazines as you like.
If you want to import articles from the web, you can click on the "Import from Links" button instead. This will bring up a form where you can enter up to 30 article links (one per line).
