# Send an Article

**What is Quick Send?**

The Quick Send feature is the fastest way to send articles or files to your Kindle using KTool. Whether you have a URL, a file on your computer, or you're browsing the web, Quick Send has you covered with three simple methods.

### Method 1: Send an Article Using a URL

1. **Visit the KTool Website**: Head over to ktool.io and log in to your account.
2. **Navigate to Quick Send**: On the homepage, you'll see the "Quick Send" tab at the top. Click on it.
3. **Enter the URL**: In the "Enter an URL" field, paste the link to the article you’d like to send to your Kindle. For example, you can try this sample article: *How to Grow Your Startup on a $0 Marketing Budget*.
4. **Preview**: Click the "Preview" button next to the URL field to see how the article will look on your Kindle.
5. **Send to Kindle**: Once you're ready, hit the "Send to Kindle" button at the bottom. Your article will be delivered to your Kindle in moments!

Below the URL field, you’ll see a section labeled "Click to upload or drag and drop". Click on it to select a file from your computer, or simply drag and drop the file into the area. KTool supports MD, DOCX, EPUB, and PDF files (up to 20MB).

### Method 2: Send Directly from Your Browser Using the KTool Extension

1. **Install the KTool Browser Extension**: Make sure you’ve installed the KTool browser extension. You can install the KTool app on any browser extension you want, including Chrome, Firefox, or Safari.
2. **Browse the Web**: Navigate to any article or webpage you’d like to read on your Kindle.
3. **Click the KTool Icon**: Look for the red "K" icon in your browser’s toolbar and click on it. A small menu will pop up.
4. **Send to Kindle**: In the menu, click "Send to Kindle". The article will be sent to your Kindle instantly!
5. **Preview & Customize**: If you’d like to edit the article before sending, click "Preview & Customize" in the same menu. This allows you to tweak the formatting, remove unwanted sections, or adjust the content to your liking before sending it to your Kindle.

### Method 3: Send Using the KTool Mobile App

1. **Install the KTool Mobile App**: Download and install the KTool app from your device’s app store (available for iOS and Android).
2. **Browse the Web on Your Mobile Device**: Go to the website where the article you want to send is located.
3. **Share the Article**: Find the "Share" button for the article (usually an icon with an arrow pointing up or to the right) and tap on it.
4. **Select KTool**: Look for the KTool icon among the sharing options and tap on it.
5. **Send to Kindle**: A pop-up window will appear. Select the "Send to Kindle" option, and the article will be delivered to your Kindle instantly!
